Movie Review – Battle Los Angeles (2011)
On paper Battle Los Angeles must have been a very easy project to pitch to executives as being a kind of high concept science fiction blockbuster which married the cinéma vérité style of documentary filmmaking with a kick-ass alien invasion. Throw in a multiracial cast headlined by second tiered actors coupled with a favourable mid-March release date and it quickly becomes apparent that the movie could be made with a lower than average budget normally reserved for science fiction epics yet have the potential to make a mint at the box office. How could it go wrong?
iPhone – Customs (2011) Review
Customs is a dreadful attempt at creating a hidden object game that fails on just about every level save one – the nice art of the altogether too curvaceous female customs officer you play. When the best feature of the game revolves around a 2D piece of character ass…I mean art, you know that you’re in trouble.
